The webmaster only has to be contacted regarding the prices. This is one of the drawbacks of the website as the visitors are not been disclosed about the prices and only had to be contact the webmaster. After contacting the webmaster if the visitor feels either way, whether he cannot afford it or the program does not suit him it is a mere waste of time for both the parties. So if the website comes up with the price quoting, it would be well and good both for the customer and the webmaster and the accepted modes of payments are paypal, money orders and even checks but he claims that it has to be cleared first.
